Salsa Recipe – Easy and Homemade
This simple salsa recipe in restaurant style comes with vibrant, fresh ingredients and a food processor for a quick and easy chip dip at home.

Instructions
  1. In a food processor, combine cilantro, onion, garlic and jalapeno. Process until all veggies are chopped, approximately 30 seconds.
  2. Add the tomatoes, sugar, salt, cumin and lime juice and bland until you get the salsa consistency you like.
  3. Add the diced tomatoes, then pulse to combine one or two times. Test, and adjust the seasonings on a tortilla chip.
  4. The salsa is much better at having time to sit down. Let it rest with warm tortilla chips or any other Mexican dish for at least an hour before serving.
