Quiche Recipe – Perfect for Breakfast
This quiche recipe is very easy. It is perfect breakfast for a meal prep and gluten-free. These quiches are SO good, loaded with kielbasa turkey, veggies and cheese.

Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray olive oil spray into a non-stick muffin pan.
  2. Heat up the oil over medium heat in a large non-stick skillet.
  3. Stir in onions and salt for 5 minutes, add bell peppers, garlic, tomato and kielbasa for another 5 to 7 minutes, until soft. Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute, until wilted. Put away.
  4. Whisk the eggs, egg whites, milk, flour, salt, and pepper in a large bowl, until smooth.
  5. Add the cooked kielbasa and cheese mixture to the bowl and mix well.
  6. Pour into the muffin pan prepared and bake for 28 to 30 minutes, or until firm.
