Meatball Recipe – Juicy and Delicious

Meatball Recipe is the perfect kitchen staple. Preparing is easy and each time these meatballs come out juicy and full of flavor.

You can use these meatballs for just about anything. Swedish meatballs, meatballs, spaghetti and meatballs with grape jelly or even used as dippers or appetizers!

These simple meatballs are made of beef and pork to create the perfect blend of flavors. Every ground meat including veal, lamb or sausage can be used. Sometimes add a little extra fat like a tablespoon of oil, or raw chopped bacon, if your meat is very lean.

This meatball recipe adds Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning to create an Italian meatball flavor. If you use them in a different recipe, you can easily change the seasonings to suit the ingredients in your dish.

When you combining the ingredients, the trick to keep meatballs extra tender and juicy isn’t over-mixing. Over mixing makes them tough so mix just until combined when making this meatball recipe.

Ensuring that the meatballs are equal in size will ensure that they cook at the same rate. I use a scoop of cookies to keep them even.

Meatballs can be cooked in a variety of ways from frying pan to dropping them into boiling soup or sauce or baking in the oven and my favorite way to cook them is to bake in the oven because there’s no splattering, no flipping the meatballs, and every time they come out perfect.
