  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, except for the salmon.
  2. Pour over the salmon and allow to marinate for a minimum of 1 hour. You can marinate it for 8 hours.
  3. Grill preheat to medium-high.
  4. Place the flesh of the salmon side down and cook the salmon for 6-8 minutes. Turn over and cook for a further 5-7 minutes, or until salmon reach 145 ° F. Don't overcook them.
