Instructions
  1. In a blender, combine the eggs, milk, flour, oil ,sugar and salt.Mix all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Add a small bit of oil or butter with a brush and heat over medium to a 6 inch skillet.
  3. Pour into the skillet 2 tablespoons of batter. Pick the skillet up and rotate it immediately to move the batter to the edges of the pan, creating a round crepe.
  4. Cook until the top pop has tiny bubbles, and the crepe is set.
  5. Remove on parchment paper and cool.
